Job summary

ISS/Guckenheimer is seeking a Cook to prepare meals across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events. The role requires following production sheets and HACCP guidelines to ensure high-quality food service in a busy kitchen environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of professional cooking experience or equivalent education, and can operate safely with standard culinary equipment while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent.
• Follow the production sheets and HACCP guidelines to ensure high quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Clock in and out for workday and breaks.
• Provide highest quality service per ISS/Guckenheimer and client standards.
• Prepare items per recipes and production sheets.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Notify management of discrepancies or safety issues.
• Attend daily meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
