Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience or an equivalent education.
• Basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques as required by your work assignment

Responsibilities

• Clock in and out for the workday and breaks.
• Always provide the highest quality of service in accordance with ISS/Guckenheimer and client standards.
• Utilize food preparation procedures in accordance with current applicable guidelines to ensure high quality food service.
• Execute NetMenu recipe preparation of food items as directed by production sheets and/or Chef.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment and follow ISS/Guckenheimer and regulatory rules.
• Notify management of ingredient discrepancies, safety issues, or other situations requiring attention.
• Attend all meetings of the day.
• May perform other duties as assigned
