Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas and to support a safe, orderly work environment.

The role requires the ability to perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, follow safety rules, work in a team, and communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, and customers. Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm; wage: $16–$17 per hour. SBM offers comprehensive benefits packages.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• May be forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
