Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate motorized cleaning equipment, and maintain daily upkeep in a team setting.

The role requires adherence to safety policies, reporting incidents, and communicating professionally with the team and customers. Compensation is $21.30 per hour, Monday–Friday, in Kent, WA.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; upkeep of cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals and their safe use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work in a team with other employees.
