Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking a General Cleaner in Independence, MO. This frontline essential role trains you in green-cleaning practices and uses certified supplies. You’ll greet customers warmly, perform surface cleaning, restock supplies, and help maintain a safe, orderly facility on Saturdays and Sundays.

Frontline role with 6:00am–11:00am shifts, starting at $17.00 per hour. Requires 18+ years, ability to pass drug screen and background check, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• No prior janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Compliance with social distancing and safety guidelines.
• Team member must wear PPE per OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices.
• Be the friendly, reliable face of 4M.
• Wipe down surfaces including counters, fixtures, glass, mirrors and furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report repairs, leaks and drips as you notice them.
