Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner to join our janitorial team in Missouri. You will be trained in state-of-the-art cleaning practices using green-sealed supplies and will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

The role runs Monday to Friday from 3pm to 11pm with an hourly rate of $18.00. We offer competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package for eligible team members, and opportunities for growth within a supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience preferred (training provided).
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Train in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M—reliable, courteous and resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors and furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and report repairs, leaks or drips as noticed.
