4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner to join our Branson, MO team. Evening hours Monday-Friday, frontline essential worker performing cleaning and disinfecting tasks.

No experience required; we train you in our best practices. Earn $16.00 per hour with benefits including medical, dental/vision, 401k with employer match, and daily pay options as you advance with a supportive team. Founded in 1978, we serve across multiple states from St. Louis.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• No janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Pass drug screening and background check.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect surfaces and fixtures as directed.
• Wipe down surfaces, replenish supplies, and maintain restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain clean, safe areas.
• Report repairs, leaks, or safety issues to supervision.
• Present a friendly, helpful face to customers and staff.
