Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. seeks a General Cleaner for part-time evenings at $15 per hour (approximately 5 hours). You’ll be trained in our green-cleaning practices and will help keep surfaces clean and safe, from counters to floors.

As a frontline essential worker, you’ll report issues, replenish supplies, and support a tidy, well-maintained facility. No janitorial experience is required, and training is provided. Must be 18+ and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies.
• Be the friendly, reliable face of 4M for the team and clients.
• Wipe down surfaces including counters, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report repairs, leaks, and drips as observed.
