4M Building Solutions, LLC. is hiring a General Cleaner in Independence, MO. No prior janitorial experience is required; training is provided. You’ll help keep facilities clean and safe, wipe surfaces, empty trash, and restock supplies while reporting issues to management.

Hourly pay is $17.00 with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Benefits include medical, dental/vision, paid vacation, 401k with company match, and daily pay options for eligible employees.

Qualificações

• No janitorial experience required. We train you in best practices.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing and safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and PPE as required by OSHA.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsabilidades

• Get trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum floors.
• Report necessary repairs, leaks, or drips you notice.
• Be the friendly face of 4M and provide excellent service.
