Job summary

Actikare Responsive In Home Care in Bothell is actively hiring caregivers, CNAs, or HCAs to join our compassionate team. Immediate openings with shifts Wed-Sun, 9am-1pm, and additional shifts available.

Must hold WA CNA/HCA or be enrolled in training, with reliable transportation and clear background checks. We offer competitive pay, health/vision/dental insurance, PTO, sick leave, and free continuing education training.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Outstanding communication and time management skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
