Actikare Responsive In Home Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, or HCAs to join our award-winning in-home care team in Bothell, WA. Immediate start for a Wednesday-Sunday schedule (9am–1pm) with steady hours.

Responsibilities include providing companionship, assisting with daily living activities, mobility support, light housekeeping, and ensuring safety. Must have active WA CNA or HCA certification or current training enrollment and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington or current enrollment in training.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to clients at home.
• Assist with ambulation, mobility, personal care, and daily living tasks.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Monitor client well-being and report concerns to supervising staff.
• Ensure client safety and respond to emergencies promptly.

Job Summary:

HIRING IMMEDIATELY! Wednesday - Sunday 9am-1pm, ongoing in Bothell. Must be available for all days, a licensed and insured driver.

Actikare Responsive In Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), or HCAs (Home Care Aides) with experience caring for seniors to join our award-winning team. Caregiver Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $21.00 - $23 per hour forHCA and CNA caregivers

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements:

• ActiveCNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
