Job summary

The Residence at Presque Isle Bay in Erie, PA is seeking compassionate Caregivers and CNAs for the 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM). We offer a full-time and part-time schedule with a focus on daily living support and meaningful companionship for our senior residents.

Qualifications

• PA CNA certification is required to receive the higher pay tier.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior caregiving or senior living experience is preferred; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with morning activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Assist with morning meal distribution and support residents during breakfast and lunch service.
• Answer resident call lights promptly and attentively in accordance with community standards.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided and report changes to line nursing staff.
• Foster a warm, safe, respectful, and engaging community environment for all residents and team members.
