Job summary

The Residence at Presque Isle Bay, an Integracare community in Erie, PA, seeks compassionate Caregivers and CNAs for the 2nd shift on a part-time basis. You will assist residents with afternoon activities, dinner service, and bedtime routines, ensuring comfort and safety.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification: Current PA CNA license required to receive the $16.60/hr tier. (Non-certified Caregivers are welcome at the $15.60/hr tier).
• Experience: Prior experience in senior living, personal care, or caregiving preferred, but enthusiastic candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome—we provide comprehensive training!
• Requirements: Must pass standard pre-employment background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with afternoon and evening activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, personal hygiene, and preparing for rest.
• Assist with evening meal service and support residents in the dining room.
• Answer resident call lights promptly and attentively.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided and report updates to line nursing staff.
• Foster a warm, safe, and respectful environment for all residents and team members.

Location: The Residence at Presque Isle Bay — Erie, PA

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Position Type: Part-Time (3 days per week with rotating weekend coverage)

Pay Rates

• Caregiver / Resident Assistant: $15.60 / hour
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): $16.60 / hour (includes $1.00/hr CNA differential)

• Tenure-Based Raise Program: Earn an additional $2.00 / hour raise after your first year of service!
• Perfect Attendance Incentive: Earn an additional $1.00 / hour raise every year for maintaining perfect attendance.
