Qualifications

• Understanding written and oral directions, interpreting recipes and safety rules.
• Ability to perform repetitious physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate commercial-grade ovens and bakery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieves productivity goals.
• Utilizes measuring instruments, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Prepares raw ingredients and equipment, places pans in ovens and monitors baking process.
• Adheres to packaging, labeling and storage standards and maintains logs.
• Assists Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory management.
• Evaluates ingredients and finished cakes to ensure NbC standards.
• Cleans, sanitizes and restocks workstation; prepares supplies for next shift.
• Complies with health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and hygiene.
• Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality.
