Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED, or work equivalent.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in food and beverages preferred.
• Good English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Be in proper uniform, with a nametag; wear flat, closed-toe non-slip shoes.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve guest complaints.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, hours, rates, and promotions.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar in an attractive, organized presentation.
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
• Stock coffee, juice, and milk machines; set up serving dishes and utensils.
• Clear and clean tables; restock self-service food and supplies as needed.
