Job summary

Blue Flame Management is hiring a Breakfast Attendant for its hotels in Fort Wayne. The role involves setting up the breakfast bar, maintaining quality standards, restocking, and tearing down after breakfast service.

Preferred candidates have food and beverage experience, ServSafe certification, and the ability to work mornings and/or weekends. This position supports three hotel locations on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage operations preferred.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Capable of working mornings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast bar and maintain quality standards throughout breakfast hours.
• Monitor and maintain breakfast bar inventory; place orders as needed.
• Maintain guest relations and assist with guest recovery when needed.
• Tear down and clean up the breakfast setup after service.
