Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
• Set up the breakfast buffet with a variety of fresh, delicious options, ensuring everything is well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Monitor the dining area to promptly refill coffee, beverages, and food items, maintaining a seamless guest experience.
• Engage with guests, offering assistance and answering any questions to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, swiftly clearing used plates and utensils to ensure a tidy environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely replenishment of food items, fostering a smooth operation.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring all food items are handled and presented hygienically and safely.
• Set up the breakfast buffet table and ensure fresh items are stocked and available throughout service
• Use appropriate procedures for removing used plates, glasses, and silverware in an efficient manner throughout breakfast service
• Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary
• Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Maintain the breakfast area by cleaning tables, chairs, and buffet counter, and empty trash as needed
