Job summary

Tandem Hospitality Group in Longmont, CO, is seeking a Moring Bartender - Hotel Longmont to craft cocktails and recommend local beers and wines while delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will interact with guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy in bills with cash and card transactions.

The role supports both full-time and part-time schedules, with a pay rate of $12 per hour plus a tip pool, reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage. Prior bartending training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Relevant training certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.

Job Description

The role of a bartender is to provide an excellent guest experience, make signature cocktails, and offer recommendations regarding local craft beers and wines offered.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serving
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
