Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.
• Must obtain BLS certification or currently hold one.
• Experience working with children with behavior problems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in various environments.
• Collect data to monitor progress on treatment plans.
• Support BCBA in training families on treatment plans.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Experience working with children with developmental disabilities

Experience working in a home setting

Fluent English

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field

RBT Certification through the BACB
