The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking a Community Development Specialist II to oversee the Morganton Regional Center for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind individuals across a 13-county area. The Regional Center Manager position handles the day-to-day operations of the Division's Morganton Regional Center in Morganton NC. This position oversees the development and provision of programs and services for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and DeafBlind individuals in a 13-county catchment area in accordance with the division's mission and goals.
This position will close at 11:59 p.m. the night before the end date.

Salary Range: $60,881 - 106,544
Recruitment Range: $60,881 - $75,000
Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, political science, business administration, or related field, from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of experience in social work, public administration, or a field directly related to the specific program assignment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
