GetHired, Inc. is seeking a part-time DNA collector in Silver City, NM to perform buccal swab collections for clients in Grant County related to child support cases. The role requires working 11:00am–2:00pm on the 3rd Thursday of each month, with a single shift per month.

Training is provided, and a background check will be conducted after hire. Applicants should have good customer service skills, be reliable, professional, and able to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Medical background preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and teamwork, able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation to report to the site for each testing shift.

Responsabilités

• Perform cheek swab specimen collections.
• Take photos and ink prints of all clients.
• Fill out handwritten Chain of Custody form.
• Ensure specimens are properly and accurately labeled.
• Make FedEx run to drop off samples collected for the day.
• Keep track of supply inventory and order as needed.
• Able to work with the public and be friendly and professional.

Our company is looking to hire the candidate for our primary DNA collector position in Silver City, NM. The main role of the job will be providing DNA testing (buccal swab) on the behalf of clients in and around Grant County as it relates to pending child support cases. PLEASE NOTE - This is position is only one (1 )shift per month and is an extremely part-time position. This is a perfect opportunity to earn additional income while providing a valuable service for families in the state of New Mexico.

Having a medical background is preferred but not required for this position. Applicants should have great customer service skills and work well in a team environment, yet be able to work independently. Must be reliable, professional and have a great attitude. Applicants must also have reliable transportation to report to the site for each testing shift.

• DRAW SITE: Child Support Services, Silver City NM
• RECURRING SCHEDULE: 3RD Thursday of Every Month (schedule for the year is provided in advance)
• HOURS: 11:00am-2:00pm
• UPCOMING SHIFT: Thursday 10/15/2026

All staff will receive complete online training and over-the-phone training, as well as all supplies required for the position. A background check will be conducted after hire.
