Job summary

SPECIMEN SPECIALISTS OF AMERICA, INC. is seeking a part-time DNA collector in Snyder, TX to perform buccal swab collections for clients in and around Grant County. This shift occurs monthly from 9:00am to 12:00pm at the Scurry Co Courthouse site.

Applicants should have a medical background preferred but not required, strong customer service skills, and reliable transportation to report for each testing shift. Training and supplies are provided, with a background check after hire.

• Having a medical background is preferred but not required.
• Applicants should have great customer service skills and work well in a team environment.
• Must be reliable, professional and have a great attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform cheek swab specimen collections
• Take Photos and Ink prints of all clients
• Fill out handwritten Chain of Custody form
• Ensure specimens are properly and accurately labeled
• Make FedEx run to drop off samples collected for the day
• Keep track of supply inventory and order as needed
• Able to work with the public and be friendly and professional
