TreeHouse Foods is a leading manufacturer of private label packaged foods and beverages with facilities across the United States and Canada. The Associate Accountant supports the month-end process, prepares financial statements, and provides analytical support to business teams.

This full-time, hybrid role offers exposure to SG&A, plant accounting, and internal/external reporting while enabling career growth and access to training resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Two years progressive accounting/finance experience.
• CPA designation preferred; strong US GAAP knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting tools listed.

Responsibilities

• Assist month-end close and prepare financial statements.
• Analyze accounts and investigate variances.
• Prepare internal financial packages and external reports.
• Support audits and maintain accounting systems and processes.
• Identify opportunities to use AI tools to improve processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Two years progressive accounting or finance experience

CPA designation preferred

US GAAP understanding
