QLM - Skilled Staffing Solutions seeks a seasoned Mission Critical Project Manager to lead a 2+ year data center construction in Montgomery, Alabama. You will own planning, stakeholder management, and financial oversight from pre-construction through commissioning, partnering with the Project Superintendent to drive schedules and budgets while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of commercial design-build or construction management experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Asta, Prolog and Bluebeam.
• Strong budgets and schedules management on complex projects.
• Excellent communication in owner meetings and field conversations.
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, design teams, trade partners, and AHJs
• Lead pre-construction planning including scheduling, procurement, personnel deployment, and technology mobilization
• Monitor project costs and schedule with regular margin analysis reviews; drive course corrections as needed
• Oversee QC plan setup and build out a qualified commissioning team
• Manage trade partner relationships and proactively resolve issues to protect the schedule
• Mentor and develop project staff through performance feedback and growth opportunities
• Champion a culture of safety through active participation and accountability at all levels
