Job summary

Quality Labor Management (QLM) seeks a Mission Critical Area Superintendent for a long-term data center project in Montgomery, AL. You will lead all field activities in your area, drive safety, schedule adherence, and quality while mentoring field personnel and coordinating with trade partners.

The role requires a Civil/Structural/Construction Mgmt degree and 5-6+ years of experience on large-scale projects, preferably data centers. On-site, full-time work with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Civil/Structural Eng, Architecture, or Construction Mgmt.
• 5-6+ years on large commercial construction projects.
• Experience with mission critical/data center projects preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Prolog, Primavera P6, and AutoDesk Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and mentor field personnel within your assigned area.
• Coordinate field construction activities through detailed planning and trade partner relationships.
• Enforce site safety plans and review AHAs/STAs with foremen.
• Maintain four-week look-ahead schedule and ensure work stays on track.
• Keep cost and production records for your scope of work.
• Coordinate material handling and site utilization within your area.
