Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.
• Communicate and build relationships with families.
• Manage, train, and mentor new hires.
• Take on duties of Director or Assistant Director when needed.
• Ensure daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines.
