Qualifications

• Must have experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school, or related field.
• Completed a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree and coursework in early childhood education preferred.
• Met state requirements for education; additional school requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom following Montessori curriculum with support from leadership.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate effectively with families.
• Provide ongoing professional development in Montessori pedagogy and early childhood topics.
• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences for mixed-age groups.
