Montessori Unlimited is seeking a Team Lead at our Colleyville, TX preschool to guide classroom instruction and mentor staff. You will promote holistic child development, manage routines, and ensure compliance with licensing and company standards.

Responsibilities include leading lesson plans, coordinating with families, and stepping into director-like duties as needed. Strong communication and physical activity with children are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• Ability to implement lesson plans.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a CDA preferred.
• Meet state or accreditation education and experience requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilités

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child.
• Mentor and assist with training of new hires and fellow teachers.
• Take on Director/Assistant Director duties in their absence.
• Ensure daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and company standards.
