Experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school, or related field; lead teacher experience preferred.
Completed a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree and coursework in early childhood education preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow licensing guidelines, school and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate with families effectively.
Complete ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development topics.
