Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.
• Communicate and build relationships with families.
• Manage, train, and mentor new hires and fellow Teachers.
• Take on duties in the absence of the Director or Assistant Director.
• Ensure daily care of every child following licensing guidelines.
