Highlawn Montessori School in the Kansas City area seeks an Executive Director to lead Montessori and long-term strategy, manage daily operations, and partner with families to support child development and school growth.

The role includes program oversight, fundraising, financial management, staff leadership, and external relations to advance the school’s mission and ensure sustainable success.
