Job summary
Beck's Montessori Accelerated Learning Center in Eagan, MN is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support our Preschool classroom. The role focuses on safety, curriculum support, and building positive relationships with children and families in a licensed daycare setting.
Qualified MN ECE Assistant Teacher credentials are required, with Montessori experience preferred. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–1:00pm or 2:00pm–6:00pm, and compensation ranges from $17 to $19 per hour based on education and

- Must be MN ECE Assistant Teacher Qualified.
- Experience in licensed classroom setting.
- Montessori experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safety and well-being of students at all times.
- Assist Lead Teacher with development and implementation of curriculum.
- Develop positive relationships with children and families.
- Participate in professional development as designated by the Director.
- Maintain neat, organized environment compliant with Montessori pedagogy and licensing requirements.
- Physical ability to work with young children; lift up to 40 lbs.
