Job summary

Becks Montessori Accelerated Learning Center in Eagan seeks a Lead Teacher to guide Montessori-based instruction for toddlers, ensuring safety and a high-quality learning environment.

The role requires prior lead teacher experience in licensed classrooms, MN ECE Lead qualification (CDA or higher), and Montessori experience is preferred. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with compensation between $18-20 per hour based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher experience in a licensed classroom setting.
• ECE Lead qualification per MN state standards (CDA or higher education in early childhood).
• Montessori experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Develop and implement the educational environment and curriculum per American Montessori Society standards and center policies.
• Manage learning experiences to meet group and individual needs.
• Foster positive relationships with children and families, communicate development and needs to parents.
