Job summary

Beck's Montessori Accelerated Learning Center in Eagan, MN is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support our Preschool classroom. The role focuses on safety, curriculum support, and building positive relationships with children and families in a licensed daycare setting.

Qualified MN ECE Assistant Teacher credentials are required, with Montessori experience preferred. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–1:00pm or 2:00pm–6:00pm, and compensation ranges from $17 to $19 per hour based on education and

Beck's Montessori Accelerated Learning Center in Eagan is a licensed childcare center seeking an Assistant Teacher to support our Preschool classroom!

To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require MN ECE Assistant Teacher Qualified and previous experience in a licensed classroom setting. Montessori experience preferred.

Required Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 1:00pm OR 2:00pm - 6:00pm

Compensation: $17-19/hr; based on education and experience

MainJob Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Assist the Lead Teacher in all aspects of the development and implementation of the educational environment and curriculum.
• Develops positive relationships with children and families.
• Participates in professional development activities designated by the Director.
• Maintains a neat, clean, well-organized, and attractive prepared environment consistent with Montessori pedagogy.Ensures that the classroom and associated areas (including playground) meet all licensing, safety, and health requirements.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing,walking,running,and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
