Guidepost Montessori seeks an experienced Head of School to lead a campus in Evanston, IL, guiding a team of educators to uphold Montessori quality and family satisfaction.

You will develop strategic plans, recruit and develop staff, and monitor enrollment while ensuring profitability and program excellence. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and community-building skills within a busy school environment.

• Director-qualified with early childhood education leadership experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a focus on results.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to foster a warm, benevolent team culture.
