Guidepost Montessori in Katy, TX is hiring an Assistant Guide for a part-time role from 1pm–6pm, Monday–Friday. You will support a mixed-age Montessori classroom, helping create a calm, engaging environment where children explore and grow at their own pace.

You will observe, prepare spaces, and assist in small-group activities, building warm relationships with children and families while collaborating with Lead Guides to foster a strong classroom community.

Qualifications

• Experience with children aged 0-6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for young children.

Responsibilities
