Guidepost Montessori is hiring an Assistant Guide for our Guidepost Montessori school in The Woodlands, Spring, Texas. You’ll support a mixed-age classroom (Infant to 6 years) by helping create calm, engaging spaces where children explore and learn at their own pace.

In this role you’ll observe children, help prepare learning environments, support individual and small-group activities, and build warm relationships with children and families. A passion for early childhood is essential.

• Experience with children 0–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Willingness to learn and grow within Montessori approach.
