Job summary

Guidepost Montessori in Blue Ash, Ohio is seeking an Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children ages 0–6. You’ll help prepare calm, beautiful learning spaces and assist in fostering independence, confidence, and a love of learning in each child.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning within the Montessori approach (prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required).
