Guidepost Montessori in Evanston is hiring an Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children aged 0–6. You’ll help create a calm, engaging environment where kids explore and learn at their own pace, under Lead Guides.

You’ll observe, prepare learning spaces, and participate in individualized and small-group activities, while building warm relationships with children and families and growing within the Montessori approach.

• Experience working with children ages 0–6 in a classroom or care setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach.

Responsibilities

• Observe children to understand and support their individual needs.
