Job summary

Guidepost Montessori Verona is seeking an Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for ages 0–6. You will help create a calm, engaging learning space, assist in daily activities, and nurture each child's independence with patience and respect.

You will observe and support individual and small-group learning, build warm relationships with children and families, and collaborate with Lead Guides to foster a strong classroom community.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• A genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach (prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required).
