Guidepost Montessori in Blue Ash is seeking an Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age classroom (Infant to 6) and help children develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. You’ll assist in preparing beautiful learning spaces and guiding activities with care and respect.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Lead Guides, gentle guidance, and building warm relationships with children and families as part of a growth-minded, purpose-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable and collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning Montessori approach (prior Montessori experience welcome but not required).

Responsibilities

• Observe children closely to understand and support their individual needs
• Help prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment
• Support individual and small-group learning activities
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with Lead Guides and fellow team members to create a strong classroom community
