Guidepost Montessori is hiring an Assistant Guide at the Prosperity campus to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for ages 0–6. You’ll help prepare learning spaces and assist in both individual and small-group activities, fostering independence and confidence in each child.

You’ll collaborate with Lead Guides and families, building a warm, respectful classroom community while growing within a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children aged 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable and collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in Montessori approach; prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Observe children to understand and support individual needs.
• Maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment.
• Support individual and small-group learning activities
