Qualifications

• Experience with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in Montessori approach; prior Montessori experience welcomed but not required.

• Observe children to understand and support their individual needs.
• Help prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment.
