Guidepost Montessori in Deerfield, IL, is seeking an Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children aged 0–6. You will help create an orderly, engaging space where children explore and grow at their own pace.

This role focuses on observation, hands-on learning, and nurturing relationships with both children and families. You will collaborate with Lead Guides and peers to build a warm classroom community, while embracing Montessori principles and ongoing learning

Qualifications

• Experience with children aged 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, collaborative mindset.
• Love for working with young children.
• Interest in Montessori approach; prior Montessori experience welcome but not required.
