Guidepost Montessori in Deerfield, IL, invites Assistant Guides to join a nurturing Montessori program serving children 3 months to 6 years. You’ll support mixed-age classrooms, help create calm, engaging spaces, and foster independence and confidence under guided supervision.

You’ll collaborate with Lead Guides, participate in small-group activities, and build respectful relationships with families while embracing Montessori principles for growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school or childcare setting.
• A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
