Job summary

BGCMC seeks a Site Supervisor for Monterey to lead a high-performing team delivering after-school and youth development programs for ages 6-14. The role requires flexible hours with programming at school sites in the morning and afternoons at the Monterey site.

You will oversee safety, student records, and ongoing staff development while coordinating with schools, city officials, and BGCMC leadership to ensure positive youth outcomes.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of management experience with facility oversight.
• Minimum of three years mentoring youth to build marketable skills.
• Valid driver’s license and driving history that would not disqualify you from BGCMC vehicles.
• Spanish language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily after-school or recreational activities for youth ages 6-14.
• Lead assigned team and recruit, hire, and set team culture.
• Monitor staff progress and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Manage program intake, enrollment and attendance tracking.
• Develop partnerships with schools and city officials to support program success.
