Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
• Experience living or working in Montana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the design and execution of complex structural engineering projects.
• Managing project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff.
• Preparing and reviewing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Coordinating with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conducting construction oversight and administration as needed.
• Leading business development efforts, including proposal writing and client engagement.
• Ensure all projects comply with local, state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with other Project Managers on projects ensuring timely completion.
