C & B Operations is hiring a Service Technician for our Culbertson, MT location. You will diagnose, service, and repair agricultural equipment, maintain John Deere knowledge, and promote service work.

Qualifications

• Associates or better in Diesel Technology or related field.
• Ability to meet physical demands (sitting, standing, lifting, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of methods, materials, tools and techniques used in repair of machinery, engines and related equipment.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Willingness to learn and train in new technologies.
• Ability to work overtime to meet customer demands.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on agricultural farm equipment.
• Maintains current product knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Promotes and sells the service department to customers (service work, inspections, parts).
• Follows safety procedures and works in a safe manner.
• Completes job notes and uses digital timecard for hours and materials.
