Qualifications

• Associates or better in Diesel Technology or related field preferred.
• Ability to meet physical demands required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of repair methods for machinery, engines and related equipment.
• Willingness to learn and train in new technologies.
• Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on agricultural farm equipment.
• Participates in training programs for skills and knowledge development.
• Completes all job notes with work assignments.
• Accounts for time on a digital timecard and materials used.
• Maintains knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Promotes service department to customers, including service work and parts.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.
