C & B Operations, LLC is seeking a Service Technician for our Culbertson, MT John Deere dealership. The role involves diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining agricultural equipment at our state-of-the-art shop.

The position requires an associate degree in Diesel Technology or related field, with experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Associates or better in Diesel Technology or related field, preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of methods, materials, tools and techniques used in the repair of machinery, engines and other related equipment.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work overtime to meet customer demands.
• Valid Driver's License and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance on agricultural equipment.
• Promote and sell service work, inspections, and parts to customers.
• Complete job notes and digital timecard entries.
• Maintain clean work area and inspect tools and equipment.
• Stay current on John Deere products and competitive equipment.
